ADDITIONAL FEES:

All families are charged a $25 registration fee at the beginning of each new season when they register. This fee is per family, not per student. This student may be waved by turning in a past year's recital costume or by paying in bulk.

 

All level 1 and 2 students are charged a $60 costume fee per class in January. This does not apply to ninjas, voice or social dance students. If your class meets twice a week the costume fee is $100. The students will get to keep their costumes at the end of the year! Fundraising opportunities for costume fees will be available to students. All families are welcome to make payments throughout the year towards this cost. The costume fee is due in full by January 31st.

Classes are pro-rated, meaning that when there are only three classes held in a month (for example in March we take a week off for spring break) you will only be billed for 75% of tuition.

A 3% fee is charged for all credit card processing

A 1.5% charged for all ACH payments

BILLING!

All students must have a working card on file. All tuition is posted and billed on the first business day of every month and due by the 10th of that same month. A $15 late fee is applied to all accounts with outstanding balances on the 11th of the month and again on the last day of that same month.

We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for any outstanding balance on the parent portal account.

DROPPING A CLASS

To withdraw from a class, please email frontdesk@reverentrhythms.com or log into the parent portal to complete the drop. If neither you nor your child is officially withdrawn through the portal or by contacting the front desk, billing will continue as scheduled. Refunds will not be issued without prior communication with the front desk.

 

AUTO PAY:

If you choose to enroll in auto pay, your account will automatically be billed and charged on the first business day of each month. 

 

DISCOUNTS:

• Pay in bulk! Pay in bulk for the fall semester and have your registration fee waived ($25 value). 

• Additional family members! After your initial family member registers for classes, each additional family member receives a 10% off their tuition. ​

• Foster care families are eligible for 10% off monthly tuition. Please contact the studio director to apply.​
